Calendar · online booking

Your card is your booking page.

Clients tap Book on your card, pick a time that's really free, and they're in your calendar. No app to install, no account to make. Behind it, a front desk for walk-ins, reminders before every visit, and a record of every client.

No app for clients·No account to book·Any phone, any browser

A salon's card on a phone: its name, the next free times for a women's haircut, call and WhatsApp buttons, and a Book appointment button at the bottom
A real screen, with a demo salon's data.

Why on the card

Booked where they already found you.

Already in their phone

Your card is the link in your bio, the QR code on your counter, the contact they saved. Book sits right on it, so there's no new link to learn and nothing extra to hand out.

Nothing to install

Clients book in the browser they already have, on any phone. You run the day from a phone, a tablet or the computer at the desk.

One record, start to finish

Every booking files the client: their visits, notes and what they paid. Your card, your contacts and your calendar stay in one place.

For your clients

Three taps. No app, no account.

They choose what they want and who with, then a time that's actually free. A name and a phone number or an email, and it's booked.

Step 1 of 4, Choose services: a salon's hair services with prices, one added, and a Continue button showing the total
01Pick whatServices grouped the way your price list is, with prices and how long each takes.
Step 3 of 4, Choose a time: a week of days with open times marked, and the open times for Tuesday grouped into morning and afternoon
02Pick a timeOnly times that are really free, with the first open day already picked. Remote meetings show in the client's own time zone.
You're booked: the date and time, where the confirmation was sent, buttons to reschedule or cancel, and the appointment's details and address
03BookedA confirmation with every detail, a link to add it to their calendar, and one to reschedule or cancel within your rules.

Also — a Book button on each team member's card · questions before booking · guests on the invite · requests you approve first

Who it's for

Whatever you call an appointment.

Say what kind of business you run and it speaks your language: meetings and invitees for a coach, services and stylists for a salon, patients for a clinic. The same calendar underneath.

A coach's booking page: an intro call with times shown in the visitor's time zone and the coach's city noted
Book a call A consultant taking calls Intro calls and paid sessions, shown in each visitor's own time zone, with your video link.
A barbershop's booking page listing haircut, beard trim and head shave with prices

A day spa's booking page listing massages and a facial with lengths and prices

Also fitness instructors · tattoo studios · anyone whose time gets booked

For the front desk

The whole day, on one screen.

Everyone on the team in a column, every booking in its place, and the same day live on every screen at the desk. Built for the counter, where the phone rings while someone walks in.

The front desk's day view for a salon: a request to approve, then one column per stylist with the day's bookings, colour processing time shown as free
The day view at a demo salon, four stylists. On a phone it becomes a list.

Walk-ins

Pick the service and the desk shows who's free now, or how long the wait is, with the first free already chosen.

Phone bookings

Type any few digits of their number and the client comes up, ready to book.

Drag to move

Drag a booking to another time or person, or its edge to make it longer.

Live on every screen

A booking made online or at the other desk appears without a refresh.

Confirmed or not

Reminders carry a Confirm link, and the day shows who has tapped it.

Requests and blocks

Approve requests from the top of the day. Block lunch, leave or a closed day and it's off the booking page.

Before and after the visit

The business around the booking.

A client's record: five visits, no no-shows, the total paid, an alert note about a sensitive scalp, upcoming appointments and the team's notes
Every client, rememberedVisits, notes, what they paid, and an alert note that shows on every appointment, like an allergy. Bring your list over from a spreadsheet or your eKard contacts.
A client's appointment page asking for an advance: the amount, a button to pay it in a UPI app, the UPI ID to copy, and a note that the business confirms it by hand
Advances, when you want themAsk for an advance on the services that need one. In India, clients pay it by UPI from their booking page; elsewhere, you tell them how to pay. You mark it received.
A team member's own day on a phone: today's and the coming days' appointments with times, clients and services
A day for each personEach team member sees their own day on their phone, through a private link with no login, or a staff login to set their own hours and time off.

Reminders

A confirmation with a calendar file, then reminders a day and two hours before, by email.

WhatsApp in one tap

From the desk, a reminder or a running-late message opens in WhatsApp, already written.

Takings

Mark a visit paid by cash, card, UPI or anything else, with any tip. Today's takings sit on the day view; any week or month adds up by person and by method.

Logins for the team

A front-desk login handles every booking and client; a staff login sees the calendar and works its own appointments. Services, prices and settings stay with you.

Your rules

How much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, and until when they can cancel or move online.

Morning digest

An email with the day ahead before you open, so nothing catches you out.

Works with what you use

It fits in, everywhere you are.

For your AI agent

Every part, operable by an agent.

Anything you can do in Calendar, an AI agent can do through the eKard Agent API, with the same roles and the same rules as the app: find open times, book, move and cancel, check people in, mark visits paid, look up a client's history.

Learn it in minutes

Short, plain courses from the Bookings chapter.

801 Take bookings from your Kard Turn on online booking and your cards get a Book button. Clients pick a time with no account and no app. 4 min 802 Set up your calendar A few questions and your booking page is live: what kind of business, who takes bookings, your hours and what people book. Pause any time. 5 min 803 Services and meeting types Lengths, prices, prep and processing time, who does what and who can book it, plus questions, approval, advances and the note clients get. 5 min 804 Booking rules How much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, when times start, daily limits, the cutoff for changes, your policy, and blocking a client. 5 min 805 Your team People need only a name to be booked. Set their hours and time off, choose who does what, link their Kards and, in an organization, give logins to those who want one. 6 min 806 The front desk Today, the week, a phone booking in seconds, walk-ins, drag to move, statuses and notes: the day as your desk runs it. 6 min 807 Requests and advances Approve online bookings yourself before they're confirmed, and ask for an advance. The time is held while you decide; you mark the advance received when it arrives. 5 min 808 Your clients Every client's visits, no-shows, notes and alert note in one record. Find anyone by a few digits, import your list, merge duplicates, block online booking. 6 min 809 Getting paid and takings Record what each client paid, how, and any tip, then see the takings by day, person and method. The money itself never passes through the app. 4 min 810 Reminders and messages What clients get by email, the link that confirms they're coming, one-tap WhatsApp from your own phone, and the emails and morning summary you get. 5 min 811 Connect your calendar apps A private feed shows your bookings in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar. Calendar sync goes further: busy times there block your booking page. 5 min 812 Share your booking link Your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, a QR at the counter, your own website: one link books you from anywhere. Single-use links book once or a few times, then stop. 5 min 813 Webhooks and the API Send new bookings, moves, cancellations and status changes to Zapier, Make or your own server as they happen, and let an AI agent or your own code run the calendar with your permissions. 5 min

The paperwork

Do clients need an app or an account? No. They book in any browser with a name and a phone number or email, and get a link to change or cancel.

Can two people book the same time? No. Open times are worked out fresh each time someone looks, and whoever books second is asked to pick another time.

Does it work for a team?Yes. Each person has their own hours and services. Clients pick someone or anyone free, and the front desk sees everyone's day.

Does it work where I am?Your calendar keeps your time zone and your currency, and remote meetings show in each visitor's own time zone.

What changes on my card?Nothing until you switch booking on. Then Book appears on your cards; pause booking and the button goes away.

Can my AI agent run it?Yes. The eKard Agent API covers Calendar with the same roles and rules as the app, so an agent can find times, book, move and cancel for you.
