Every name from the fair, the morning after.
Give the fair its dates, and everyone your Kard collects there is filed under it. At the stand, people scan your QR code and save your number; those who send theirs back land in your contacts, tagged. The morning after the last day, one email lists them all, with WhatsApp, Call and Email for each.

Before the fair
Give the fair its days.
Name it, pick its first and last day and its time zone. From the first morning to the end of the last day, every new contact your Kard collects is tagged with it, so you always know where you met someone.
- While it runs, your Kard's Share tab and Contacts say so, and the email for each new contact waits for the recap.
- One day, or up to 31. When two overlap, the one that started last tags, so a talk inside a fair gets a list of its own.
- Every event on your Kards is in one list, under Events: running first, then coming up, then past.

Auto Expo
Running · day 2 of 3
Running now, day 2 of 3. Every new contact on Priya Raman is tagged Auto Expo until the end of Fri 23 Oct. No email for each one: at about 7 each evening, a recap lists the day's new people, and the morning after the last day, one lists everyone tagged.
18 people so far: 18 left their details.
At the stand
They scan. You both keep the details.
No app on either side, and nothing to type for you: your Kard does the swap in the visitor's own browser.
They scan your QR code
Any phone's camera opens your Kard. Try this one: it's a live card.
They save you
Your name, number, email, job title and company go into their phone's contacts, spelled right.
They send theirs back
“Exchange cards” asks for a name and a mobile number, an email if they like. They land in your contacts, tagged with the fair.

The morning after
One email, everyone in it.
At 8:00 the morning after the last day, in the event's own time zone, the recap arrives: how many people, how they came, and each one with WhatsApp, Call and Email, while they still remember meeting you. At a fair of two days or more, a shorter one comes at 19:00 each evening with that day's new people, and with the app on your phone, each comes there too.
Everyone, in order
Up to 50 people in the email, with your note on each; the rest are a tap away on the event's page.
For the whole team
On a team Kard, the recap goes to the person holding it and to the team's admins.
Only when it counts
Nobody tagged, no email. Move the last day, and the recap goes after the new one.

Follow up on Fri 30 Oct
After the fair
Say when, and it reminds you.
On any contact, “Remind me” sets the day to follow up: Tomorrow, In 3 days, Next week, or a date. That morning, at about 8:00 your time, one email lists everyone due, with WhatsApp, Call and Email for each.
- “Done” and “Again in a week” work straight from the email, without signing in.
- A reminder you missed comes back the next morning, then waits under To follow up, where you clear or move them all at once.
- Your own note on each person, up to 1,000 characters, and their company and job title, corrected in place.
- Search finds anyone by any word you wrote, or by a few digits of their number.

The paper cards you're given: add the person to Contacts by hand, free on every plan. Scanning a stack of cards into Contacts comes with any paid plan, up to 60 photos an hour.
One event's list
Narrow your contacts to one event's people, and export them as a spreadsheet with an event column.
File someone later
The Event panel on a contact files them under any of your Kard's events, or changes it.
Into your other apps
Each new contact can go to Zapier, Make, a Google Sheet or your CRM within seconds.
Cards for the stand
Print your Kard as business cards, 10 to a sheet or as a PDF for a print shop, with your QR code on the back.
Your logo in the QR

The paperwork
Do visitors need an app?No. They scan your QR code with their phone's camera and your Kard opens in their browser. They save your contact, and sending theirs back takes a name and a mobile number.
What does it cost?Nothing. Events, the recap, notes and follow-up reminders come with every eKard account, the free one too.
When does the recap arrive? At 8:00 the morning after the last day, in the event's own time zone, listing everyone. At an event of two days or more, one also comes at 19:00 each evening with that day's new people. When nobody was tagged, none goes. With the app on your phone, each comes there too.
What if two events overlap? The one that started last tags new contacts, so a talk inside a fair gets a list of its own.
Our whole team is at the fair.An event belongs to one Kard, so make it on each Kard that collects there. A team Kard's recap goes to the person holding it and to the team's admins.
Can I turn these emails off?Yes, each on its own: Event Recaps and Follow-up Reminders have their own lines in Email preferences.
