Start in a minute
Three steps, and everyone has a card.
-
Start a team
Sign in and choose Start a team. Give it a name and an address,
ekard.app/acme_studio; the field says at once whether it's free. Add a logo if you have one, and take a Kard of your own in it. You're its first admin. -
Bring everyone in
Import your team list, and everyone on it gets a Kard with the team's name and an invitation that carries it: the Kard is theirs to edit once they join. Or invite people one at a time from the Members page. No list? Post one join link in your team's group chat: each person signs in and asks, and you approve each one, with a Kard in their name.
-
Hand them out
Every Kard has its own link and QR code. Print everyone's cards in one PDF, or send the links. Visitors scan, save the contact, and can send their details back.
Step by step: Start a team, 3 min →
Import a spreadsheet
One list instead of a form per person.
Upload your team list as a CSV, or fill in the template: Name, Email, Job title, Phone. Headings from HR and payroll exports, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are matched for you.
- A preview shows what will happen to every row before anything is sent: who gets a Kard and an invitation, and who is skipped and why.
- Each Kard is filled in with the person's name, job title, email and phone. Numbers without a country code are read in the country you choose.
- Up to 500 people at a time. Import the same file again later, and everyone already invited is skipped.
- Anyone who hasn't joined 3 days after their invitation gets one reminder.
- Coming from another card app? A team Kard can also start from the contact file the old app saves for that person. Moving from another card app →

What will happenWe'll make 2 Kards and email 2 invitations to join Acme Studio as members, each carrying that person's Kard. 1 row is skipped, listed below.

Print the whole set
Everyone's cards, in one PDF.
“Print cards” on the team's page lists every team Kard, ticked. Choose A sheet each, 10 cards for every person, or One each, 10 people to a sheet, on A4 or Letter with crop marks for your own printer. Or single cards for a print shop: 85 × 55 mm or 3.5 × 2 in, with bleed.
- The back of each card carries that person's own QR code, the one their Kard shows.
- Up to 50 people in each PDF, free.
- Names print in their own script: Devanagari, Tamil, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and more.

When people move on
The Kard stays. So do its contacts.
A team Kard belongs to the team, not to the person carrying it. When someone leaves or is removed, their team Kards stay where they are.
The same link and QR code
Every link and every QR code already printed keeps working. Nothing needs reprinting because someone left.
The same contacts
Everyone the Kard collected stays on it. You choose who holds it next, or keep it with the admins.
Their details, if they ask
Tick “Clear their details” as they go, and their name, photo, phone, email and social links come off the Kard.

Also for teams
Run it from one page.
Your logo on every Kard
Add a logo as you start the team and it sits on every member's Kard and printed card, whatever its layout. “Team logo on Kards” in Settings switches it off.
One look for the team
Pick the team's layout once from the seven. A Kard that chose its own keeps it.
Leads reach the admins
When a visitor sends their details on any team Kard, every admin gets the email, and so does the person holding that Kard. The contact lands on that Kard.
Two roles
Members edit the Kards they're given. Admins also run every Kard, the members and the settings.
The team's numbers
The team's page adds up its Kards, views and contacts, and lists each Kard with its own.
A new name, nothing broken
Change the team's address and the old one, the old links and every printed QR code lead to the new one.

During early access a team has every Kard, invitations, “Our team”, printing and the team's totals, free; a team plan adds analytics on every team Kard, up to 200 products on each, a link you choose for each, the team's own domain and no “Create your own eKard”. Write to us for a team plan.
The paperwork
What does it cost?A team is free for up to 25 people during early access. Each person on the team and each invitation still waiting takes a place, and the Members page counts them. To grow past 25, write to hello@ekard.app.
Who can start one?Anyone signed in with a verified email address. A Google account is verified already; with an email and a password, the page sends you a link first. One account runs up to 3 teams.
Do people need an app?No. Each Kard is a web page: visitors scan its QR code with their camera and save the contact, and your team edits their Kards in the browser.
Who owns the Kards? The team. Admins edit every team Kard and read the contacts it collects. When someone leaves, their team Kards stay, with the same links, QR codes and contacts.
Can people edit their own Kard?Yes. A member edits the Kards the team gives them and sees their visits and contacts. An admin also runs the members, the logo and the layout.
What if our name changes? An admin changes the team's address. The old address, the team's old links and every QR code already printed lead to the new one.
