02Where to goThe address comes with the booking, with room for a gate code or a landmark.
An email to the client: the cleaning company has the request for an end of tenancy clean on Monday at 08:30, and will confirm it

The paperwork

How do clients give their address? The booking form asks for it whenever a service happens at the client's place, with room for a gate code or a landmark. It shows on the booking and in the team's list.

Can I check a job before it's booked?Yes. Mark a service as needing your approval: the client sends a request, the time is held while you decide, and they get an email either way.

How is travel time handled?Set a travel time after each service. That time stays free after every job, so nobody is booked straight after, and clients don't see it.

Can I take an advance?Yes, on the services that need one. Clients see the amount and how to pay you, and you mark it received. In India, they can pay it by UPI from their booking page.

Do clients need an app or an account? No. They book in any browser with a name and a mobile number, and get a link to change or cancel until your cutoff.

Can I book a regular clean?Yes. Book it once as a series: every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, ending after a number of visits or on a date. The client gets one email with every date, and each visit keeps its own reminders.
