Returns and Refunds Policy

Try eKard free for as long as you like — the free card never expires, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you pay.

If you buy Starter or Unlimited and it isn't right for you, email hello@ekard.app within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, one-time purchases are final.

Professional renews yearly. You can cancel any time — cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the year you've already paid for.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. If something looks wrong on your bill — a double charge, the wrong plan — write to hello@ekard.app and we'll sort it out.
