Found on Google

A page of its own, for Google to show.

Your Kard is a page of its own that Google can show when people search for your business. Whether it does is your choice: new Kards start hidden from search engines, and one switch lets them in.

One switch, on any plan

In your Kard's Settings tab, turn on “Kard is visible to search engines”. eKard's sitemap then lists your Kard for Google to find. Until then, anyone with its link or QR code opens it, and search results leave it out.

Your name and your town

The page's title carries your Kard's name, your company (or, with none, your job title) and the town in your address, when you show the address on your Kard: the words people type when they look for you.

A Kard Google shows

197

times in 90 days, Google showed a salon's Kard to people searching for the salon's own name, at an average position of 1.3: 1 is the top result.

From Google Search Console, to 17 October 2026. Google decides what it shows and where, so no one can promise you a place in its results, and we don't.

The paperwork

Do students need an app?No. Your Kard is a web page: they scan its QR code with their phone's camera or tap its link, and save your centre in one tap.

What does it cost?Nothing. Your Kard, its QR code, your address, WhatsApp, links, files and pay buttons are on the free plan, which has no time limit.

Can students book a place in a class? Not yet. Booking takes one person at a time, which suits private sessions; seats in a group class aren't built. For classes, put your timetable on your Kard and answer questions on WhatsApp.

Does the money pass through eKard? No. A pay button opens the student's own app with you as the payee, or copies your details for their bank. eKard never touches the money.

Can each teacher have a card?Yes. Start a team, and each teacher gets a Kard under your centre's name and logo.
