Get paid from your Kard
PayPal, Venmo and Cash App buttons that open the app; a Pix key, an IBAN or a Zelle email copied in one tap. The money goes straight to you.
Your card can take payment wherever you hand it over. Fill in how people already pay you, and every visitor gets it ready to use: a button that opens their payment app with you as the payee, or your bank details copied in one tap. The payment goes from their app or bank straight to you. eKard never touches the money and takes no cut, and it's on every plan, free.
Add a way to get paid
- Open the Kard editor — Kards → Edit Kard — and find the Get paid panel, under Social links.
- The fields at the top are what most people pay with where you are, from your Kard's phone number (else your account's country): Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and Zelle in the United States; Pix and PayPal in Brazil; UPI in India; IBAN and PayPal wherever banks use IBANs; PayPal anywhere else. The panel says which country it picked. Every other way is one tap away, under More ways to get paid.
- Fill in the ones you use and press "Update Kard". An empty field stays off your card; empty one later to take it off.
What each one takes
- PayPal.Me name: the part after
paypal.me/, up to 20 letters and digits. - Venmo username: 5 to 30 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores, without the
@. - Cash App $Cashtag: up to 20 letters and digits, at least one a letter, without the
$. - Pix key: your CPF or CNPJ, the email or phone number (starting +55) you registered, or your random key.
- IBAN: with or without spaces. Add the account's name and the BIC (SWIFT) for payers in other countries.
- Zelle email: the email you enrolled with Zelle.
- UPI ID: covered in Take payments with UPI.
Pasting the whole link works too: venmo.com/u/jane-doe, paypal.me/janedoe and cash.app/$janedoe are saved as the name alone. Each field is checked before the card saves, so a typo doesn't reach your visitors: an IBAN's check digits must add up, and so must a CPF's or a CNPJ's. When one doesn't, the field says what's wrong.
What a visitor gets
PayPal, Venmo and Cash App are buttons. A tap opens the app at your page, ready to send you money; a phone without the app opens paypal.me, venmo.com or cash.app instead, in a new tab, so your card stays open.
Pix, IBAN and Zelle have no link to open, so each is a chip. A tap copies your key and the chip says "Copied", ready to paste into the visitor's bank app. An IBAN shows in groups of four, with your account's name and BIC under it.
Every look has them, what your country pays with first. Default and Mohur list them under UPI's block; Letterhead and Restaurant as ledger lines; Links as cards like its link buttons. On Jharokha and Yantra, the Pay key in the action row opens a tray with all of them. Choose a layout shows all seven looks.
Your own design
A design of your own gets them too: the payments list repeats a row for each way to pay, and data-kard-action="copy:pix_key" makes any button copy a key. The cheat sheet in the editor has a row to start from; Design your own page explains the slots.
Ways to pay stay off the contact a visitor saves to their phone: a contact card has no field for one, and phones would show it nowhere. Visitors pay from your card's page.
