Show your products

What you sell, each with a photo, a price and one button: order on WhatsApp, pay you, ask you, or open the page that sells it.

Your Kard can show what you sell: a stall's range at a fair, a bakery's cakes, a creator's picks. Each product has a photo, a name, a price, one line and one button for the visitor. The button hands them to you: eKard has no cart and no checkout, and never sees or holds the money.

Your products show in a Products section on your Kard, in its own design: cards on most designs, a price list on Letterhead and Yantra, the menu on Restaurant. The first 6 show on the Kard itself; with more, See all opens a page with every one, in the same design. A visitor reads eKard's words on it (the buttons, Sold out, Paid link) in their own language; your names, lines and heading stay as you wrote them.

Add a product

  1. Open the Kard editor — Kards → Edit Kard — and press Add products in the Products panel at the top (once you have some, it says Manage products).
  2. On a phone, Take a photo opens the camera; Choose a photo picks one you have. A square photo looks best. Use your own photo, or one you're allowed to use.
  3. Type the name and the price. A price is Fixed (one figure), From (“From ₹499”, “From $25”), or Ask for price (no figure). The currency starts as your country's.
  4. Choose What visitors do, then press Add product.

The four buttons

  • Order on WhatsApp: WhatsApp opens with the product and its price written, ready to send you. It needs your WhatsApp number on your Kard, and it's what a new product starts with when you have one.
  • Pay: your way to get paid opens with the price beside it, and the visitor pays you directly. It needs a fixed price and a way to get paid on your Kard (Get paid from your Kard).
  • Ask about this: your exchange form opens about this product, with it ticked, so you get their details and what they want. It shows while your Kard asks visitors for their details (the contact-sharing popup in your Kard's Settings, on unless you switched it off).
  • Open link: the page that sells it, your own shop, a marketplace or a store you recommend. If you earn from the link, tick I earn from this link: the product shows “Paid link”, as the law asks of paid recommendations in many countries.

A button that can't work on your Kard says why beside it, with a link to fix it in Edit Kard. If one stops working later (you take your WhatsApp number off your Kard), your Products page says so on the product.

Keep them up to date

  • Move up and Move down set the order your Kard shows them in.
  • Sold out keeps the product on your Kard with its button greyed; Back in stock turns it on again.
  • Hide takes it off your Kard and keeps it in your list; Show puts it back.
  • Delete removes it for good.

Under the list, The Products section sets its heading in your words (“Shop my picks”, “Our range”, “Menu”, or empty for “Products” in each visitor's language), whether to Ask visitors which products interest them when they send you their details, and whether Prices include taxes.

Who asked about what

With Ask visitors which products interest them on, your exchange form lists your products under “Which of these interest you?” (the first 12, names and prices; ticking is optional). What they tick goes with their details: “Interested in: Mailer box, Kraft pouch” on their contact, in your new-contact email, in an event's evening and morning recaps, in the CSV (an Interested in column), in the contact file you save to your phone, and to your webhook and connected apps.

  • In Contacts, the Interested in filter lists the people who asked about one product, with how many; the CSV, Save to my phone and the bulk actions keep it.
  • An event's page says what was Most asked about there (“Mailer box 14 · Kraft pouch 9”); each opens those people.
  • Someone who comes back and ticks more keeps what they ticked before; the new ones are added beside, marked as typed when they came back and not checked, like the other details a return types.

How many

The free plan shows 6 products on each Kard. A paid plan shows up to 200, and how many people tap each one on your Kard's Analytics. A team Kard follows its team's plan, and only the team's admins change its products.

If a plan ends, nothing is deleted: the first 6 in your order stay on your Kard, and the rest wait in your list, marked “Not on your Kard”. Move the ones you want to the top, or hide the others.

Good to know

Products stay off the contact a visitor saves to their phone: a contact card has no field for them. The apps and AI agents can manage products too, through the API (AI agents and MCP).
