Plans and billing
Free, Starter, Professional, Unlimited — what each costs, once or yearly.
Start with what costs nothing, because most of eKard does. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire: your card, its QR code, unlimited scans, custom links, documents, every design, and the contacts you collect — all free, with no payment details asked.
The paid plans
Paid plans add your name link, more Kards and analytics. Two of the three are pay-once.
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹500 — once | Name link · 2 Kards · the Analytics tab |
| Professional | ₹1,000 — per year | Name link · up to 20 Kards · the Analytics tab · priority support |
| Unlimited | ₹5,000 — once | Everything · up to 100 Kards · VIP support |
These are launch prices — the pricing page says so plainly: "Public beta · launch prices". In the app, what a paid plan visibly switches on is the per-card Analytics tab, on any tier (see the course on the Analytics tab). After you upgrade, write in and the team sets your name link — the course on your link and your name explains what to send.
Paying
Prices are in Indian rupees, billed by Razorpay. Signed in, the pricing page in the app puts "Start with Starter", "Go Unlimited" and "Go Professional" a click from Razorpay's checkout, right on the page with your name and email prefilled. The public pricing page shows the same buttons, but signed out they lead through sign-in first — buy from inside the app. The upgrade is immediate: pay, and you are returned to your Kards with the new plan active. Closing the checkout without paying charges nothing.
All sales are final — eKard does not offer refunds — and moving up from one paid plan to a higher one charges the new plan's full price, with no credit for what you already paid. Pick your plan deliberately.
Where your plan lives
Your plan lives at /subscription — open the avatar menu, top right, and choose Subscription. The page shows your plan and price, its status, the billing period, and — for renewing plans — the payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking or Wallet). "Change plan" leads back to the pricing page; Professional also gets "Update payment method", which opens a Razorpay-hosted page.
Renewing and cancelling
Starter and Unlimited are pay-once: they never renew and never expire, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancel button exists. Professional renews yearly and can be cancelled from the Subscription page; it stays active until the end of the paid year, then does not renew.
