# eKard > eKard is a digital business card with online booking built in. A person or a team makes a card (a Kard) that lives at its own web address, shares it by QR code or link, collects the contacts of the people who save it, and takes bookings from it with eKard Calendar. Everything an account can do on the web, an AI agent can do through the eKard Agent API. eKard is for anyone who hands out a business card (freelancers, consultants, shop owners, sales teams), for teams that want one brand across many cards, and for businesses that run on appointments (salons, spas, clinics, studios, tutors, coaches and consultants) and want clients to book from the card. Visitors need no app and no account. The card is free to start; paid plans add a name link, more Kards and analytics. ## Product - [Home](https://ekard.app/): eKard in one page: the card that lives at your name. - [A live card](https://ekard.app/kt): A real card, as visitors see it. - [For agents and developers](https://ekard.app/developers): What an AI agent can do with eKard, with example tasks. - [FAQ](https://ekard.app/pages/faq): Common questions. - [Help](https://ekard.app/pages/help): How to reach support, by email or WhatsApp. - [About](https://ekard.app/pages/about): Why eKard exists. ## Features - [Digital business cards](https://ekard.app/university/make-your-first-kard): A card with a name, photo, contact channels, links, payment details and an About section, at its own web address. Visitors need no app: one tap saves the card to their phone's contacts. - [Layouts and custom designs](https://ekard.app/university/choose-a-layout): Seven built-in looks, all free, or your own HTML published as the card's page, with the card's details filled in automatically. - [QR codes](https://ekard.app/university/your-qr-code): Every card has a QR code that can be restyled and carry a logo. A printed code keeps working when the card changes. - [Contacts and lead capture](https://ekard.app/university/the-exchange): Visitors who save a card can send their own details back. Every exchange lands in the card's contacts, which can be searched, grouped by event (a trade fair, a conference) and exported as a spreadsheet. - [Analytics](https://ekard.app/university/what-gets-counted): Views and link clicks, filtered for bots and counted without cookies, with devices, sources and a map of where the card travels, plus a monthly report by email. - [Documents](https://ekard.app/university/attach-documents): Up to ten files on a card (menus, catalogues, price lists), each with its own short link and QR code. - [Organizations and team cards](https://ekard.app/university/organizations-on-ekard): A team's cards under one brand: a shared logo and layout, team web addresses, and a dashboard for the people who run it. The eKard team sets organizations up on request. - [Custom domains](https://ekard.app/university/custom-domains): A card served at the root of its owner's own domain, with the ekard.app link still working beside it. Set up on request. - [Calendar: Online booking](https://ekard.app/online-booking): A Book button on the card opens a booking page where clients pick a service, who with and a time, with no account and no app. They get a confirmation and a link to reschedule or cancel. It works the same for one person taking calls and for a salon with a team. - [Calendar: Front desk](https://ekard.app/university/the-front-desk): Day and week views with a column per team member, walk-ins, phone bookings in seconds, blocked time, drag to move or resize, and visits marked paid with the day's takings. Changes show on every open screen at once. - [Calendar: Client records](https://ekard.app/university/your-clients): Every client's visits, notes, an alert note (an allergy, say) and no-show and cancellation counts. Clients come in from a spreadsheet or from the card's contacts. - [Calendar: Confirmations and reminders](https://ekard.app/university/reminders-and-messages): Email confirmations with a calendar invite, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, and a one-tap WhatsApp message to the client from the front desk. - [Calendar: Calendar sync](https://ekard.app/university/connect-your-calendar-apps): Once Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook is connected, its busy times close bookable slots and new bookings land in it. A private calendar feed works with Apple Calendar and other calendar apps. - [Calendar: Front desk and staff logins](https://ekard.app/university/your-team): An organization's admins invite a receptionist to run every booking, and team members to see the day and keep their own hours. - [Calendar: Booking webhooks](https://ekard.app/api/v1/docs): Every booking change sent to Zapier, Make or your own server, signed to the Standard Webhooks spec. - [Free tools: WhatsApp opener](https://ekard.app/tools/whatsapp-opener): Open a WhatsApp chat with any phone number without saving it as a contact. Find anyone by a few digits, import your list, merge duplicates, block online booking. - [Getting paid and takings](https://ekard.app/university/getting-paid-and-takings): Record what each client paid, how, and any tip, then see the takings by day, person and method. The money itself never passes through the app. - [Reminders and messages](https://ekard.app/university/reminders-and-messages): What clients get by email, the link that confirms they're coming, one-tap WhatsApp from your own phone, and the emails and morning summary you get. - [Connect your calendar apps](https://ekard.app/university/connect-your-calendar-apps): A private feed shows your bookings in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar.
